Meet The Coach

Elder Shené J. Richards accepted her call into ministry in 2023 and was ordained and licensed in 2026. She serves God with obedience, reverence, and a heart fully submitted to His will.

Elder Shené is a life coach who walks alongside women as they heal and grow in Christ. She believes true strength is found in vulnerability before Jesus. She teaches women to bring brokenness from relationships into God’s presence for honest healing and restoration.

Her coaching model centers on processing pain with Christ, rebuilding the ability to trust, and releasing fear rooted in past wounds. She guides women to establish a clear foundation of identity anchored in Christ, rooted in worthy, and grounded in God’s love.

Her work flows from prayer, Scripture, and the leading of the Holy Spirit. She views healing as sacred work and wholeness as God’s desire for His daughters.

Elder Shené holds a MBA and brings disciplined leadership, wisdom, and accountability into her ministry. She leads with clarity and compassion, balancing structure with spiritual sensitivity.

She is the founder of Riding the Waves with Jesus LLC, a faith based coaching and mentoring ministry for women. The platform supports women as they grow stronger in Christ, renew their minds, and live healed, anchored lives.

Elder Shené’s heart is to serve God faithfully and love His people well. Her life reflects a steady yes to God and deep trust in His purpose.
