This program is designed for Christian women who are navigating the emotional pain of rejection from past and present relationships, making it challenging for them to build healthy connections. Through Christian coaching, you will address past hurt, break cycles of fear, self-sabotage, hesitation, and comparison, allowing you to move forward in truth and confidence. You will grow in a strong, Christ-centered identity and receive essential tools for women empowerment, enabling you to build healthy relationships, set healthy boundaries, and live a life that prioritizes Christ, rooted in who you are in Him.

Riding the Waves With Jesus LLC supports Christian women struggling with rejection, emotional hurt, unhealthy
relationships, fear, and self-sabotage by providing Christ-centered coaching, biblical encouragement, practical tools,
and healthy community support that leads to healing, confidence, freedom, and spiritual growth.

This coaching program helped me understand that healing is a process and everyone grows at their own pace. I learned how to process my emotions instead of reacting from them. I also learned the importance of prioritizing myself in a healthy way as part of healing and growth.
The program gave me my voice back. Shené creates a safe space where you are challenged to go deeper and deal with the root of things, not stay on the surface. Through prayer, guidance, and the leading of the Holy Spirit, I experienced real growth and release.
One of the biggest changes in my life has been my confidence. I now understand who I am in Christ. I know I am chosen, loved, and valued by God, and it has changed how I see myself and how I move through life.
